We are seeking qualified candidates for a beautiful horse ranch in the Temecula area.
Communicates and interprets overall organizational directives and applies them to team and individual objectives.
Supervises workforce including daily work scheduling and employee assignments.
Provides input to management regarding individual team member performance.
Develops management team to solve day-to-day operational issues.
Collaborating with the management team to develop strategic plans and forecasting methodologies that lead to achievable financial and marketing goals
Provides input into company budget process.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable state and federal laws.
Support and supervise project management, including monitoring individual and team performance, identify areas for performance improvement including recommendations and coaching.
Organizes and facilitates team meetings.
Ensures proper care of horses is being facilitated
Interviews potential new employees with corresponding manager.
Initiates, implements and manages projects with a long-term focus.
Conducts presentations and formal training programs.
Prepare budgets or financial reports for ranch operations.
Demonstrate or explain working techniques, practices, and safety regulations to farm or ranch workers.
Must have knowledge of how to put up hay
Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting common financial reports, and legal documents.
Establish and maintain the relations with key vendors.
Monitor activities such as irrigation, chemical application to ensure adherence to safety regulations or standards.
Inspect ranch structures, such as buildings, fences, or roads, and ordering repair or maintenance activities, as needed.
Ensures, a safe working environment, and quality assurance.
Monitors and ensures achievement of goals, objectives and timelines.
Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within said budget.

Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of ranch operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibly
Equine knowledge and their handling plus care
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, seasonal night duties
Required to travel as needed (to include extended hours, weekend and late night assignments)
Required to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
Required to possess a valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record.
Bilingual speaker and writer (English/Spanish)
Must have basic knowledge of ranch equipment maintenance
Must have good leadership in effectively managing people. Skills include but not limited to running a crew of 20-30 people.
