Formal setting, must be polished, professional, experience in the corporate world preferred. Experience with full Office Suite, Quickbooks or Quicken. Highly resourceful, proactive and a go-getter. Accounting, paralegal and/or experience reviewing and flagging contracts required. Strong common sense.
Daily support for busy Principal who has high expectations and needs someone who is very trustworthy, dependable and can make things happen quickly, efficiently and correctly. Responsible for residential estate on-site office. Pay bills, manage vendors, shopping, errands and day-to-day responsibilities.
Open to a diverse opportunity. Ideal candidate will be upbeat, understand confidentiality, have previous experience working for a VIP client. Comfortable around influential, high-status individuals. Must be adaptable and easily accept feedback. Principal is spontaneous, must be travel ready. Handle travel itinerary, communicate with flight department for corporate jet.
